As the founder of Leona Sports Agency, Lisette has dedicated her career to helping athletes maximize their value, not only through contract negotiations, but through long-term career planning, personal branding, endorsement strategy, business opportunities, and post-playing success.

What distinguishes Lisette is her unique perspective. Before entering professional baseball, she spent years managing complex non profit strategies, and directing high-profile initiatives with government and private sectors.  That experience gave her a foundation rarely found in professional sports, one built on business strategy, leadership, and relationship development. 

 

Today, Lisette is expanding her mission beyond player representation. Through educational content, digital media, and professional training, she is opening the doors to one of the most difficult industries to enter. Her goal is to become the leading voice educating aspiring baseball agents, parents, and athletes on how professional baseball truly works, from international recruiting and player development to contracts, MLBPA certification, global professional baseball networking, and career strategy.
